INTENDED USERS

All physical wooden puzzle boxes, rummy sets, chess sets, backgammon sets and related products presented by TransylvanyArt are intended for persons aged 14 years and over. They are not designed or marketed as toys for children under 14.

GENERAL SAFETY

WARNING: Not suitable for children under 14 years. Products may contain small pieces that can present a choking hazard. Keep all pieces, packaging and any magnetic components identified in the individual listing away from young children and pets. Do not place pieces in the mouth.

Use products only for their intended purpose and follow any opening, assembly, game or care instructions supplied with the item. Keep fingers clear of moving, sliding or closing wooden parts. Inspect the product before each use. Stop using it if a part becomes loose, cracked, splintered or otherwise damaged.

Keep wooden products dry and away from open flame, excessive heat and prolonged direct sunlight. Clean with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth; do not immerse in water and do not use aggressive chemical cleaners. These products are not intended for food contact unless the individual product listing expressly says otherwise.

PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION AND WARNINGS

The individual Etsy or Faire listing or written wholesale offer provides the product photograph, name or model, dimensions, included components and any additional product-specific warning. Retain the order confirmation and product instructions so the item can be identified.

INCIDENTS, DEFECTS AND RECALLS

If you believe a product is unsafe, stop using it and contact us immediately at office@transylvanyart.eu or +40 742 709 702. Include the product name, order number, photographs and a description of the issue. We will assess the report and, where required, cooperate with marketplaces and competent market-surveillance authorities on corrective action, safety notices or recalls.

WHERE PURCHASES TAKE PLACE

Consumers purchase TransylvanyArt products exclusively through Etsy. Wholesale purchases take place through Faire or under a separately accepted written business quotation. Please review the safety information in the relevant product offer before placing an order.
