2. SCOPE

This website presents TransylvanyArt products and directs individual customers to Etsy. Wholesale customers may order through Faire or request a business quotation by email. No consumer payment or checkout is processed on this website.

3. PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT

When you contact us or request a wholesale catalogue, we may collect your name, business email address, optional telephone number, store or company name, message, order notes and the content of later correspondence. Our hosting and security systems may also process limited technical data such as IP address, browser information, date and time, requested pages and security logs. We do not receive payment-card information from Etsy or Faire.

4. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES

We process enquiries and catalogue requests to take steps at your request before a possible contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. We may retain correspondence, prevent abuse, secure the website and develop business relationships on the basis of our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Accounting, tax, product-safety and legal records are processed to comply with legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. Consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR is used only where legally required, for example before activating optional cookies. We do not automatically add form users to a marketing list.

5. RECIPIENTS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS

Data may be processed by our website hosting, site-builder, email and IT-security providers, and by professional advisers or public authorities where legally required. Etsy and Faire operate their own platforms as independent data controllers; their privacy notices apply after you follow a link to those services. We disclose only the data needed for the relevant purpose and do not sell personal information.

6. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are protected by an adequacy decision, the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful safeguard.

7. RETENTION

Enquiries that do not lead to a transaction are normally retained for no longer than 24 months after the last meaningful contact. Contract, accounting, tax, warranty, product-safety and dispute records are retained for the periods required by applicable law. Security logs are kept only for the shortest period reasonably necessary for security and abuse prevention.

9. UNITED STATES VISITORS

We do not sell personal information and do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. Residents of US states with applicable privacy laws may request access, correction or deletion and may exercise any other applicable state right by contacting us. We will verify requests as reasonably required by law.

Please read our Cookie Policy for information about website storage technologies. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. The products presented here are intended for persons aged 14 and over, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We use reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect personal data, although no online transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. We may update this policy when our services or legal obligations change; the effective date above shows the latest revision.
