2. PURPOSE OF THIS WEBSITE

This is a product-discovery and business-enquiry website. It does not provide a consumer checkout and does not accept direct consumer orders by email. Individual customers purchase exclusively through the TransylvanyArt Etsy shop. The Etsy listing, checkout information, TransylvanyArt Etsy shop policies and mandatory consumer rights shown during that purchase apply to the transaction.

Wholesale customers may purchase through Faire or enter into a separate business-to-business contract after receiving and accepting a written quotation and invoice by email. Wholesale prices, minimums, payment, delivery, returns and governing terms are confirmed before the order becomes binding.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

Our products are handmade and natural variations in wood colour, grain, carving and dimensions may occur. Photographs are illustrative and device displays may reproduce colours differently. Product-specific dimensions, components, warnings, price, delivery information and availability are stated in the applicable Etsy or Faire listing or written wholesale offer.

4. CONSUMER RIGHTS

For retail purchases, the price, taxes, delivery charges, estimated delivery, cancellation, statutory conformity rights, returns and any right of withdrawal are presented before purchase on Etsy. Mandatory consumer rights in the buyer's country are not restricted by these terms. Personalised or made-to-order goods may be subject to lawful withdrawal exceptions where clearly disclosed before purchase.

5. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Romanian consumer-protection information is available from PROTECTIA CONSUMATORILOR – A.N.P.C. at https://anpc.ro. Eligible consumer disputes may be submitted to the Romanian Alternative Dispute Resolution platform (SAL) at https://reclamatiisal.anpc.ro. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform has been discontinued and is not used.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless stated otherwise, website text, photographs, product designs, branding and other original content belong to TRANSYLVANYART S.R.L. or are used with permission. They may not be copied, republished or used commercially without prior written permission, except as allowed by mandatory law.

7. EXTERNAL LINKS

Links to Etsy, Faire and social-media services are provided for convenience. Those third-party services are responsible for their own platform operation, terms, accessibility and privacy practices.

8. LIABILITY

We take reasonable care to keep this marketing website accurate and available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every displayed item is always in stock. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights, liability for fraud, or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These website-use terms are governed by Romanian law. This choice does not deprive an EU consumer of mandatory protections granted by the law of the country where that consumer habitually resides.
